The reason you have such a horrible rate by previous customers as well as with me is because you do beyond poor quality work AND YOU HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. On your receipts you get from the purchase there is no phone number. I had to google the number and when i called and spoke to you in the middle of our conversation u hung up on me and when i called back you didnt pick the phone up but your answering machine did and you disconnected my my call so i could not finish leaving my message. So unprofessional. I will be making a complaint with arden mall in Sacramento ca regarding your poor quality in work and unprofessionalism regarding your customer service. And hopefully enough people complain and you are not able to continue to sell your product in the mall during holiday season. EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE QUALITY OF WORK YOU ARE PURCHASEING IS HORRIBLE. THE LADIES WHO WRITE THE NAMES ON THE KEEP SAKE ORNAMENTS DO NOT DO GOOD WORK. THE YOUNG LADY SAT ON THE FLOOR AND WROTE MY NAME ON THE ORNAMENT... I THOUGHT WEIRD BUT OK... MAYBE SHE IS MORE COMFORTABLE SITTING ON THE FLOOR???. WHEN I PICKED UP MY ORNAMENT IT LOOKED LIKE SHE WROTE IT WITH HER FOOT. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
