Purchased an Italian Leather sofa from here. Three weeks later, we made a warranty claim through the Weekend Furniture Store. The furniture rep from the manufacturer came out to evaluate the issue. (Month and a half later- their earliest appointment) He agreed it was a damaged frame due to either shipping or improper unloading. He also pointed out that the reclining mechanisms are faulty and there are staples in the back that were placed there by someone else other than the manufacturer (the dealer is what the rep stated). The rep recommended that we work with the Weekend Furniture Store to have them replace out our piece since it was only three weeks old when we reported the warranty claim. Weekend Furniture Store absolutely will not. After calling several other dealers locally that sell Catnapper they stated if purchased from a dealer you have to work with the dealer to get it replaced out and it shouldn’t be an issue. This store absolutely refuses and flat out said “I’m not doing it unless I’m guaranteed my money back from the company.” The owners will not help or stand behind the products they sell. Now we are stuck with a product that will not be repaired for 4-6 months minimum, potentially longer due to the virus. You can’t even sit in it without damage being done to our floors.

On a complete side note, we purchased a recliner from here a year ago. About two months in we had a similar issue and again had to make a warranty claim. I am really beginning to believe they sell faulty and or broken furniture and know it.

It’s sad but this company is no longer the one their parents ran. While they claim to sell quality furniture at excellent prices, it is clear they are selling junk.

Please take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. Saving the $200-400 we did here has been a living nightmare. I will never support this locally owned business again. They clearly don’t care nor stand behind the products they sell. Just take your money elsewhere.

From one small local business owner to another please stay away. This is not a company you want to do business with. This is just bad business and not the way you treat your customer.
