Kicks Club — Local services in Angleton

I went on a Friday. I got there around 9:45. It didn't get active until about 10:30. The venue is nice, the dance floor is a little small, but with the amount of people that actually dance, it works out. The DJ is good. He plays a little bit more polka than I like versus two-step. He played country western, then a couple of line dances, then repeat until midnight, and then it was the same formula plus a couple of Latin songs.

There are two sections, the dancehall section, and a pool table section. Both sections have bartenders. Once it gets past midnight, you will be waiting for a couple of songs to get a drink or close out, so take that into account, especially if you choose to have a tab instead of paying cash, since they hold your card.

If I lived in the area, I would definitely go routinely. The staff is decent, and the crowd is okay. If you choose to sit at a table, if you want to keep it, make sure there is at least one person watching it. People will encroach on your table, even if you have...

This club is a joke. I had a co worker celebration there and he was a little wasted but he was drinking water to sobar up. The so call bouncer kicked him and his wife out. I told him to cut him off for drinking and let him stay. So since I made that comment the bouncer told me I had to leave too. I took my concern to the owner and she agreed with the bouncer. I thought that was sad and insensitive of the owner not further investigating the situation. The service is bad it took them over 30 minutes to bring us a drink. The owner need to do better she seems weak to me and do not have good customer service. I will let all my friends not to go there and to let their friends know also. Unhappy...

A very good man went there to take his lovely girlfriend for a belated valentines day which that should give him credit as a man in it self now says or as they like to say this "day and age" they truly turned him away his money wasnt good there.. I'm not sure if they just dont believe in the laws OF the land or just well I wont assume why they turned him away since there was no other reason given other than they pulled his licence up upon entering and there was some kind of note pinned to his name hmm Hm question would be what and where did they get this in information on mr EXTRA GOOD CITIZEN ..
