9pm apt. Out at 1209am. Not bad honestly. Spent 8 hours at shipper. The bad is coming though. So got my BOL/POD. There are 3 signature places. Shipper, consignee, and carrier. Now 2 of those places are signed for. The consignee is still blank. I asked for a signature and was told it's on the front. Barely visable under a stamp is an initial. I said no that's not gonna show up when I send a picture to my broker, it's barely visable now and its just initials. I need a signature under consignee. I asked to make sure "you are the cosignee, correct?" She replies "yes" So I asked "can you sign where it designates you to sign n date it please?" Then I get told this. "I can't sign it there" now I ponder it for a second. Maybe I missed something. But no. It's just the Democratic way bleeding thru. Honestly lady, who has a gun to your head telling you that you cant sign the only spot on the BOL thats designated for you to sign??!! I thought I was on punkd. I was looking for Ashton to pop out from under the counter. Like what kind of left wing zombie lets that puke spill out of their mouth without knowing they sound like a complete waste of DNA!!?? I just turned and walked away. Cant sign the bills where theyre designated too. Where both the shipper and myself were both fully able and happy to sign in our designated boxes. Smh. Sad. Really sad. First time delivering here. Read the "horror stories" in the reviews and almost immediately regretted booking this load. To my surprise, my experience was nothing short of excellent! QUICK HEADS UP you MUST call receiving department to get your appointment confirmation number. You MUST have that when you check in at the gate. The gentleman I spoke with confirmed my appointment and provided the confirmation number. He was also nice enough to tell me that I am allowed to check up to 2 hours BEFORE my scheduled appointment time. Mine was for 11am. I checked in at exactly 9am and was empty and checked out at 10:15am. 1 hour and 15 mins total spent at this facility! There is a lumper service but my load was prepaid so I didn't have to pay the lumper. I will have no problem delivering to this facility again! I give this...

I read up on this place like I do with so many and the reviews had me nervous 😓 😟 😰. My appointment was at 9p.m. on a Sunday and as the reviews stated I had my tandems pulled, vest on, I was on time, had all paperwork and calm but nervous attitude. Things went well checked-in the security guy was polite and informative got me right where I needed to be, Checked in with the receiver got on a door and was unloaded in an hour. It took longer to make payment but they also helped with that. Everyone experiences are always different I just say make it as easy on yourself as possible. Be on time. Not rude. Follow their instructions and thats really all you can do, hope for the best. Since they have so many terrible reviews I felt someone needed to know they got it...
