Lakeside (Charrissa and Trent) cooked a whole hog and provided sides for a work party I hosted back in September for US Foreign Nationals. Even though the weather forced us to a different location and proved to be difficult despite the change of venue, Lakeside came through. The results are still being talked about at work. Absolutely perfect.

As a side note (pun intended), you should check out the other offerings from Lakeside. The sides are FABULOUS! My wife and I stop in from time to time to make life easier and still enjoy freshly prepared food.

100% the best local butcher shop and deli store. Their fresh chocolate cookies. All the staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable, and I never have to wait long. They go out of their way to do custom orders for me and are always willing. The facility is extremely clean and organized. Prices are very fair for the quality of their products. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about her business. Will always recommend this shop to anyone!! Boxed lunches there...

Excellent. The smoked BBQ Ribs were amazing, it was pricey at $25, but we got the whole rack and fall off the bones tender!, which fed 3 adults. The shop is very clean and the staff is happy and helpful. I stopped in to get Veal, they will have to special order it, which is fine. I purchased the sweet salmon jerky- delicious! And their Triple chocolate chunk cookies- which were the best cookies I've had (and I am a cookie SNOB). 🍪 😋 Worth the trip just for...
