I have had good experiences up until my last purchase. I purchased 4 kitchen appliances one of which was a refrigerator. I was in the store browsing and I picked out a total kitchen appliance set but wanted to go home and measure my opening. The sales person said “no need to do that they are all standard at 36”. I took her word for it. I purchased the protection for all appliances. When they arrived the frig did not fit. I needed a 33” refrigerator so I picked out something else that would match with all the other appliances. Two weeks later when the refrigerator arrived to the store the manufacturer had changed the design of the handles and my sales person called me to make me aware of the situation. I looked online to see what they looked like and said I would not be satisfied with the new design as it didn’t match the rest of the appliances. I was offered a different option with the see through door at yet another increase in price. I asked to hold off on this and let me do some searching. I ended up buying a refrigerator from another store that looks great with the rest of my appliances. I went to the store to ask for a refund on my refrigerator purchase and this is what happened. I spoke with a manager and she was agreeable to refund my refrigerator purchase and also the protection plan which is what I expected and she said a check would be sent to me. Four days later i get a call from the sales person telling me I will not be getting a refund for the protection plan and I have a restocking fee of over $200. So now I’m screwed out of over $500. She proceeds to tell me that I used my protection plan to return the first refrigerator even though I believed her regarding the size. Not all my fault and that the second refrigerator had to be restocked and that was also my fault. How was I supposed to know they changed the design of the refrigerator just recently? Nobody told me this. Now I have been waiting weeks for barstools that were in stock but still haven’t been delivered to the store yet. I am simply furious with this company. I do not recommend them to anyone. They will screw you over. And in addition I have still not received a payment for the remainder of what they owe me.

Ordered items and was told it would be 7 to 10 days for delivery of our rug, couch and loveseat. It was 3 1/2 weeks before we got it. So 3 stars for that. But 5 stars for.. Greg, David and Tim! They were excellent at delivering and setting up just how I wanted. Friendly, helpful and fast. I highly recommend.

Ordered items and was told it would be 7 to 10 days for delivery of our rug, couch and loveseat. It was 3 1/2 weeks before we got it. So 3 stars for that. But 5 stars for.. Greg, David and Tim! They were excellent at delivering and setting up just how I wanted. Friendly, helpful and fast. I highly recommend.

Still waiting....... Gave them a check for a fridge and stove March 13th ...asked to be delivered April 1st to get some kitchen work finished . They said no problem. April came and no call, they just show up and start delivering the fridge . As the delivery guys are here and about to leave I ask where my stove is ??? One says .. "oh ,they didn't call you? We don't have it ,you'll have to call the store . We don't know why." We wait. Thinking someone is going to call before 5 , nope!! Mind you , I anticipated having the stove that day so I got rid of it just before and now have no stove. We call to speak to Joel the salesman and he just said it wasn't in and pretty much discontinued the conversation. My husband asked when and he was told I don't know, we'll call you. I waited till Friday,no 📞, I called and spoke to Kayla . She stated it wasn't in. She didn't know when but she'd check and most likely it would be in shipping for the next Monday. That we should hear after that ... Wednesday the following week I've heard nothing so I call again . She states it's not in and she didn't know where it was , would check and get back to us. By Friday , no stove , i now call again... Still no stove. She knows we have no stove and we need one ASAP. She says it was sent but it was the wrong color and now we have to wait again... I say I want it by Mon April 14th(the next week) ,she says she ll check and see . She calls and speaks to my husband . He tells me it's supposed to be shipped Monday and we will have it. Monday I've heard nothing, so I call AGAIN...now I get , oh yes it was supposed to and we said IF it came we'd deliver . I have a feeling they knew it wasn't and was trying to placate us. Here it is Thursday April 17th and NO CALL, NO STOVE STILL!!! I've received nothing but excuse, after excuse . They've had my money for over a month , I have 1 of 2 !!! At this point I want to cancel and get all my money back . If I wasn't concerned about matching I'd go elsewhere for the stove .... WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.,EVER!!! POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR SERVICE ... God, I hope my stuff even lasts. Now I don't trust them at all to have sold us good...

TERRIBLE QUALITY & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! I paid $3500.00 for a custom leather sofa and recliner. They were supposed to come in 5—6 weeks; it took 10 weeks. Then when they were delivered, it was obvious that both have serious damage. Their service tech (which was also a hassle to arrange due to them canceling my appointment) finally came out and noticed immediately the glaring damage; bent braces on both sides of the sofa, causing both side cushions to tilt, seams don’t align on 3 sofa cushions, and back of sofa and recliner do not fit properly, leaving a 2 “ gap. Also, due to the tilt on the cushions they now need additional foam. Who ever heard of a 2-week old piece of furniture needing new foam? Whenever I sit on the sofa or the chair my back and neck hurt because they are so crooked. The delivery people and the service men shared pictures with Customer Service, I have gone in person (no one is available to see me), emailed, and called. This has now gone on for a week. They refuse to speak to me or to solve my issue. Customer service has never picked up my call. The salesmen do, so I’ve called and shared my complaints with them, and then I will get a brief email response which does not directly answer my questions. I signed a sales agreement for new furniture, not damaged goods. They did not keep up their end of the signed agreement and I feel they are avoiding me. I want them to pick up this furniture that I cannot even sit on and refund my money. I have NEVER bought new furniture that was damaged before. In the past I have purchased new furniture and it has always arrived in perfect shape and lasts me decades. My salesman has never called me to follow-up on the process. I feel like they just took my money and now they are trying to avoid me. I asked the salesman if they stand behind the products they sell. Their actions seem to indicate they do not. It has been like a part-time job trying to get this...
