We stopped in after seeing and hearing how awesome the cupcakes were. When we walked in it was almost like we was a bother to be stopping. My mom saw cookies (on top on the counter non decorative plain cookies) and said to my daughter o look the have cookies. The lady in the back very rudly said those aren't for sale. My mom said "o these ones up here aren't" and then the statement was retracted and said they was. But the frozen ones in the display are not. They why display them? We ended up picking out 6 cupcakes and felt like we was a big inconvenience to them and rushed.. also we went to pay (cash) they did not have any change so I ended up using my card... Besides all that we was still pretty excited to try the cupcakes when we got home. They were awful! My daughter who is 5 wouldn't even eat it! She said it was so dry (and they all where)! It's was almost like day old cupcakes where given to us! Maybe she is better at custom orders but I wouldn't waste my time again stopping after how we was treated and they tasted. Customer service...
Read moreI am beyond upset. I ordered a very special cake for my daughter's birthday. I was asked what we wanted on the phone and I asked for frosted flowers to be put on top. The man said "you don't want real or fake?" I told him explicitly that we just wanted a few pale pink flowers frosted on the perimeter. This is what my daughter wanted. When I picked up the cake, it had fake flowers placed on it. I told the man that I had told them we wanted just some frosted flowers. He said "sorry, the owner didn't want to do it." I don't care if the owner didn't want to do it, this is not what we ordered. I told him this is not what we asked for and he responded "I am not arguing." Let me tell you, this level of a lack of professionalism would NEVER fly in a bigger town. They removed the cost of the flowers but now I'm left with something my daughter didn't ask for. How hard is it to place a few frosted flowers on a cake?? We will not be recommending this place, ever. Couldn't...
Read moreThis cookie looked like it was going to be delicious. I was really excited about it. Then literally as soon as it entered my mouth without even touching my taste buds yet something was way off. The only way I can describe it is that it tasted exactly like cheap fake vanilla essential oil used for candle making. The kind of vanilla candle you might find at the dollar store at the back of a dusty shelf. Essential oils are not for consumption — they’re for scent only and not only that but are not safe to consume. I really hope this isn’t the case and I just maybe got an expired cookie or something. But the smell and taste...
