Our family has had a deeply frustrating experience with the billing practices at Elite Performing Arts Conservatory.
We officially dropped our daughter’s classes in early December, yet were still charged in January, February, March, April, and May for tuition, recital costumes—including for a dropped class and a technique class with no recital—and professional photos that were never taken or delivered.
The enrollment agreement does mention several potential fees, and we accept some responsibility for not reading every detail more closely. Finally, how is all of this possible? The owner fails to send out billing/payment invoices each month leaving you guessing on what the random...
Read moreDo not recommend. Instructor was not engaging and left our child uninspired. Really a shame at such a crucial time to instill confidence in a young child. At the end of the day this feels like a money grab in my opinion. Get as many kids signed up for this "tuition", filter them through an uninspiring routine, charge a fortune for an outfit. Our daughter said the instructor was mean and paid little attention to the children. It seems other dance studios in the area are reviewed well and presumably provide an...
