James and his crew, Terry, Keith, and Sam and Lloyd are by far the best experts in their field of work. They did more than the list gives. And As many cash cars that I’ve owed thru the years they all have needed mechanical repairs and I’ve been to all kinds of mechanics. My friend Koretta had taken her van to James for a persistent problem that no one else could fix, much less do the job right with what they did do ,and then charged an arm and a leg for the shotty work. So after koretta had taken her vehicle to James and they fixed it right the first time and was very reasonable, I thought, well I’ll try them. For two years of owing this vehicle I too could not find anyone with any knowledge of what PROPER process of elimination was and would go straight to the most expensive rout possible, but James Vick and his crew knew exactly what to do and knowing my situation seen to it that it was as affordable as possible for me, they cared that much for me and my dad. And they cared enough to expect the car all the way around the first time and pointed out some major and what could have been dangerous issues that really needed to be taken care of for my safety. Now I have a new mechanically sound vehicle from front to rear and is ready to go see my father, who lives in the Ozark Mountains of Ar , who is very ill, with NO WORRIES. I accidentally discovered Super Tech when my transmission failed as I was taking my son to school nearby over a year ago. I made it to the shop driving 5-10 mph and was a complete wreck by the time I arrived. James and Bill were so helpful and James transported me back and forth to my home. As we were driving, he talked about the newly opened shop and I could tell he had a true passion and heart for everything they were doing. Once they figured out I likely needed a new transmission they gave me a loaner car while they went the extra mile to confirm their diagnosis and I was deciding next steps. I was ready for a change anyway so decided not to repair and traded for a newer car. Now a year later and out of warranty with my new car, I’m excited to be able to leave the dealership and return to Super Tech. Again, they did not disappoint! Helpful and accommodating as always they serviced my car beautifully at a much better rate than the dealership. A loaner car was waiting for me and Bill was very helpful and informative, answering all my questions. I truly appreciate the quality of work, great communication, excellent and timely service, and care everyone at Super Tech...

Stopped in with no appointment. They were obviously very busy however Bill was very gracious and went out of his way to work me in for a needed service. Shop is clean and well organized. The staff are careful with the vehicles and seem to treat them as if they were their own. Just watching something as simple as a tire rotation, the tech did NOT just toss the lug nuts on the ground as other shops do. He gently set them on the lift arm . He also carefully leaned the wheels/tires up against the lift instead of just in the ground. I was in for an oil change and when I got home I looked under the car and in engine bay for oil drips...everything was clean and wiped down.

I grew up working in an auto shop. My Dad had very high standards for customer service and as a result my expectations are a little higher than most. Super Tech Automotive definitely met my standards. I will be back and have no problem referring friends to them as well. Great little shop off the beaten...
