Spring Market — Local services in Anson

More than 5 Starts... Gabriel at the Spring Market saved the day. Stopped for gas when the wind came up and my door blew shut locking my keys, my phone, my wife's phone all inside the truck without a way to open the door. Gabriel the manager, was nearby so I asked if he had a wire that I could use to unlock the door. He said no, but he did have a buddy in town that owned a wrecker truck, and he would call him. Within 10 minutes the wrecker had arrived, unlocked my door and handed me my keys. I could not believe it, so fast, so easy, so unexpected. I made the wrecker guy take some money, but when I approached Gabriel, Gabriel would not take the money and gave it back to me. He just was glad to help and hoped that one day someone might lend him a hand when he was in need. Gods works in ways that you least expect. Thank you Spring Market for employing such...

Convenient location to us on the north side of Anson. Frequently Spring Market runs specials on various items, but sometimes they don't have things in stock we'd like, but that's at any store these days. 😪 The staff is very friendly, and helpful, and the store is always neat and clean! One con with staff though is that while they are ringing us up, and someone walks up with a question, the cashiers have a tendency to take their focus off of us, and engage in conversation with another customer or employee. Diverting their attention like that can lead to mistakes being made on what they are doing on our checkout. It is not just one individual cashier that does this. This store has changed in the last 6 months. The evenings staff are the most rude females I've ever come across. Her name tag was turned so you couldn't see it. But, she wears glasses & looks pregnant. I'll never spend another penny there. I'll go to Wal-Mart in Stamford or United in Abilene. You wait forever in the evenings. The last time I was there, 9 people in line, While one of the mangers walked around texting on her cell. Too bad this is the only option in Anson. Go to Stamford, you'll get better service & prices. I wish I could give a lower rating...
