Justin was a huge help to me in upgrading my primary audio system. I have a room that restricts how large my speakers can be, and my former system, while it served me well for many years, was good but not great.

I tried an incremental upgrade with components that were an improvement, but after a little while I thought that the speakers left something to be desired. I was probably listening more closely and analytically and therefore noticing more things, etc. (dangerous!).

From doing some reading, I learned about a small speaker, the DALI Menuet SE, that looked like it would be the perfect size and a big step up in sound quality. Local dealers either weren't DALI dealers or didn't think the SEs were available anymore. One way or another, I found out about Justin's business, Audio Experience, and contacted him.

Justin was super-responsive, replying to my email within a day. He knew a lot more about DALI products than my local people, including the fact that Menuet SEs were still available.

Justin was also excellent in patiently talking through with me what my options were in terms of pairing the SEs with components that would do them justice. For example, my integrated amplifier didn't have the power to bring out the best in the speakers. I'm sure I asked a lot of elementary questions, but Justin was always gracious and patient, and he was great at tailoring his advice to what my listening and source-component preferences are. I certainly learned a lot during the decision-making process.

I wound up with an excellent amp and a couple of REL subwoofers that were outstanding complements to the speakers. My current system is by far the best I have ever had.

Justin was also terrific at managing the delivery to accommodate my travel schedule. The coordination worked perfectly, and Justin was also extremely helpful when I had questions as I went through the set-up process.

I recently purchased the PSB M4U TWM earbuds from Audio Experience and I am absolutely loving these earbuds. I spent a lot of time researching which earbuds would give me a truly in depth music experience after my AirPods broke and after quite a while, I stumbled on these. PSB is a brand that I had never heard of before but from what I could see all they had were rave reviews, not only that but they were also sweat resistant buds. So far they have been amazing, the audio is clear as crystal and the experience with the audiodo app and specifically the "room feel" mode has been amazing, a truly life changing feature if you ask me. All of the sounds are full and you can really hear the detail in every track you listen to, the water resistance is also impeccable, I live in a very rainy location and these have survived multiple trips through the rain when exercising outside or just getting around. The buds are also charged by USB-C which is super convenient seeing that almost everything is heading in that direction these days. I would like to thank you personally Mr. Rasbach for the incredible service your shop is doing, you are the only place I could find that would ship Armed Forces Pacific and I commend you for that. Audiophiles (or audiophile wannabes) - this is the place for you! Most excellent experience from beginning to end. I was looking to upgrade 30-year-old speakers, but had no idea what I wanted, needed, or could afford. Listening to speakers is a must before purchasing blindly (or should I say "deafly"), so it was really important to be able to hear in person. Visits are by appointment only, which allows for a very personal listening experience. He asked lots of questions ahead of time to help him understand my wishes, make recommendations to set up for a personal listening experience. His setup for listening rooms is most amazing! (I am jealous).d He had selected several options based on my inputs and was able to easily switch between speaker options allowing me to hear the differences. He played some of my music and was very patient while I listened to the subtle differences. In the end, I selected a pair of Paradigm floor speakers. They shipped within a week.
