Fresh donuts Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturday! The selection of pastries is expanding and so is the toppings, Nicki has really upped the game for donuts in Mission! The Bakery manager is a whiz at decorating cakes. The cakes and cupcakes they have for general stock are beautiful & what can be made for special orders is breathtaking. I hate to use the word breathtaking to describe a cake but Becky is phenomenal at what she does-❤-The deli is fresh and so tasty. Shannon creates almost everything from scratch that is on the buffet plus he has the menu items that are made to order. Thursday is their Indian Taco day so if you find yourself in Mission on a Thursday and you have time for a bite to eat, Liz makes the pillowy softest, most flavorful fry bread around! Of course, she does it from scratch. You don't even have to have the taco, you can just order the fry bread plain to take with you and eat at your own leisure. Susie is quick to fix up your order and give you a smile plus I think she's the one who makes up the hand breaded chicken on a daily basis. Candy is in the produce section and she keeps the freshest fruit and vegetables at the best price. Toby has taken over the meat department and he is so sure of the freshness, he's put his name on it.
