Worst place to rent anything from i was not able to pay on my bed anymore so i called to return it and they tried everything to stop me from paying it they tried talking me into lower payment they tried getting me to have someone else take over on it i just wanted to return it not get a million and one reason why i couldnt but when i called i did tell them that bed did have 2 little stains and the lady told me that it was ok as long as it wasnt torn and when they came to pick it up witch they where supposed to be here between 2-4 witch they didnt show up till like 5-5:30 just to tell me i couldn't return the f'ing bed 😠😠 so yes i was upset i was mad cause i told them about the bed so i guess it will sit in storage till they are forced to come get it BUT PEOPLE PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THEM THEY WILL FIND AWAY TO SCREW YOU OVER AND THE BED WASNT WORTH WHAT I WAS BUYING IT FOR NEXT TIME ILL GO TO ARONS OR SOME WHERE THAT WONT ROB ME OR MAKE ME FEEL LIKE A...

Because of their impolite and unprofessional colleagues, I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. In contrast, Aaron's are better and really professional, and they will go over every detail of your contract.I've returned the stuff but still want to charge the full cost for the bedroom. This is not the first time they've done this; they've done it with other consumers as well. Treating clients as trash is unacceptable. We bring them business and money to help them continue in business.
