If your buying a used car go somewhere else purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi outlander es and have had nothing but problems with it since I purchased it from here they’ve been jerking me around for almost a month first time buying a used car from a new car dealership whoever traded this car in traded it because of these issues and all Tyrone ford does is slap a pair of new tires on and maybe some break shoes mechanic put car in the air took me back and showed me that my driveshaft wasn’t spinning true something with the carrier bearing and upon visual inspection of the exhaust system for a 2022 I’ve seen cars abandoned outside for years with better exhaust system it’s that rusted out I probably took it a little far when I finally got ahold of the manager Robin after now being in the hole $20k and not having a working car to take my kids the places they need to go I said the f word a couple times Robin the manager or owner told me to take the rental car they gave me back and pick my car up unfixed I will put another review up with the damages dropping my car off at a Mitsubishi dealership Thursday please feel free to reach out to me if you’ve had a similar problem or going through it right know yourself we can look into a class action law suit the nerve of people as much stuff cost to begin with it’s just un American to keep letting businesses like this screw people without recourse I’ve probably heard 100 times I’m not a Mitsubishi dealer/mechanic if that’s the case don’t sell anything other then ford please heed my advice and stay away from Tyrone ford and raystown ford I have a family I got bills to pay and now no way to get there and haven’t even made my first payment for the car Beware especially if it’s not a ford lol because there not...
   Read moreDo not buy here! I reluctantly post this as a previous customer of multiple vehicles, but after recent events I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. Over the past two years, I have had the following issues:
Ordered a Ford Explorer to buy, and after waiting a few months and negotiating the price, the lot changed the deal upon delivery - in their favor, or course. Had to purchase another vehicle at another location For the Explorer I already owned, tried to purchase the vehicle outright through their Finance Manager. She checked my credit report 3(!) times which reduced my score, only to find out I couldn’t buy from there due to an out of state issue. Complete incompetence The last issue is the most severe. I stupidly decided to trust them one last time and placed a $100 deposit to buy a new Ford Bronco. The order didn’t match my specs when building, so I immediate called them same day to cancel the order. I was told it was cancelled THAT DAY, and then received an email weeks later saying it wasn’t. Then, was told they would refund the cash...didn’t happen. Then I was told I would get the cash back AFTER they sold the vehicle, which they did at the beginning of January. As of this writing, I have now been told that Ford has the cash and they owe it back. I have a voicemail from Ford HQ CONFIRMING the lot owes me the cash and they just ignore me.
The managers and staff at this lot are incompetent, arrogant, and not customer service centric. There are many Ford lots in the area...choose wisely and please stay away from this unprofessional dealer....

I'm from Lancaster and started my car search there. I was looking for a 2025 Maverick in particular colors. The dealership closest to my place just did not care about me or what I wanted. Out of the 7 dealerships I went to only about 2 in my area cared about my experience. This includes a higher volume dealership near Philly that said a Maverick was available, put a down payment on it, and immediately got a callback they made a mistake and it wasn't available and immediately hung up. They then proceeded to call, email, and text me without my permission for the next month.
In step Tyrone Ford. Immediately upon calling my experience was fantastic. Annie was friendly and warm. She connected me to Andy and we got right to business after confirming the vehicle I wanted was available. From there the Tyrone Ford team took care of me every step of the way. Giving me updates on when the vehicle would arrive, getting my information for all the processes. Even after delivering the vehicle both Annie and Andy made sure my experience went smoothly and made sure I was taken care of.
