Absolutely 100% disappointed. Several of my friends and family I ride with suggested I call this dealership when I decided to upgrade. So, I did. Actually while in the middle of a ride around 2:00pm Saturday of memorial weekend I called your store. I had a very specific machine I wanted and one of my cousins who bought his buggy there, had pictures of this machine on your show floor from when he was in there. I live 4 hours away. The Kawasaki Blackout 4 seater was the only buggy I’d upgrade to. Anyways I asked for a sales man and I got Tyler. I told him what I wanted, he looked at the inventory and told me he had one in house. We discussed prices, options for equipment and financing versus cash. Either way wasn’t an issue. I then talked to the Cassie who shared some finance information . She told me the options for Sheffield, which I have used multiple time. She was very pleasant and done exactly what she said she would do. At this point approximately 2:20 in the afternoon I had enough info to discuss options with the wife, which of course I did. So, about 2:30 in the afternoon I called back and asked for Tyler to let him know we needed to do the deal. The person who answered said he was with a customer and he would give him the message. I know they close at 3:00. I never heard back, which was frustrating, but as someone who also own a dealership, I know it gets busy at closing and on a holiday weekend. So I chalked it up to busy. Mind you, this was Saturday at almost closing time. You are not open Sunday or Monday for Memorial Day. I figured Tuesday I would hear from someone at the dealership. While driving home from the weekend, the wife and discussed the fact we haven’t heard from anyone, especially Tyler. We decided to call and give you a second chance at selling a unit. I called and asked for Tyler, he was busy, so I asked for him to call me. He did. I refreshed his memory on the discussion from the Saturday before, it surprised me he could barely recall our in-depth conversation about a unit which only you and one other dealership in the state had in stock. A special edition model at that. I know I would not forget a customer at my dealership who was interested in a special I had going on. At this point I told him let’s do the paperwork for the Kawasaki blackout 4 seater. Tyler then told me he did not have a blackout in the store. I reminded him again about our conversation on Saturday and he specifically said he had one in stock. I ask him if he sold it or was he lying about having one Saturday. He did not answer the question either way. He said he would have a lady who searches other dealerships to try and find one. Again I asked him what happened to the one on Saturday when he said it was in stock at just before close time and y’all weren’t open Sunday and Monday. Still no straight. Anyways, for some reason I decided to go ahead with the purchase of the blackout. Tyler said they could get one. So, back to finance. Shiela, I think, I may be wrong on this name. Anyhow, She took all the information needed. Social security number, name, home address, phone number, a picture of the drivers license was sent via text and we were off and running and looking forward to a new machine. I asked about options because I’d rather have factory or dealership installed options prio to picking up, if I’m going to get any. My last buggy I had lift kit, larger tires and beadlock rims, upgraded roof, body swap annd mirrors installed prior to pick. This buggy had most of the options already on it, but I was looking to do the same on this one if there were options I was interested in. The finance lady said let me have the guy who deals with options and upgrades call you. I told her as soon as we talk to him, we’ll have him transfer us back to her with the cost of upgrades if we selected any. Well, to this day, not a single call, Not the guy who sells options and upgrades, not the finance lady who took all of our personal information and who know where it’s laying around at, and not Tyler,...
Read moreHad a decent experience with Antlers purchasing our latest SxS. Salesman was fairly responsive, but didn't respond quick enough when I requested a PO further delaying paperwork from our bank. Then on delivery day, he sort of abandoned us at the dealership. I loaded the machine and strapped it down all by myself. Nobody was around or paying attention, I probably could have just left with any machine that had a key in it and I'm not sure anyone would have noticed. Once we got home, I realized that they had put the incorrect VIN on the paperwork and had to call and request a correction on that, which also had to be corrected with my bank and insurance since the PO they provided prior to delivery had the wrong VIN as well. Then once I got the correct VIN entered into my Polaris app, I realized the machine had 4 open recalls on it that weren't addressed before we left with the machine. Antlers Motorsports did send a technician to our home (which is 4 hours away I might add) to perform the recall inspection for us which was amazing! However, that 8 hour round trip for a 5 min inspection could have been avoided if they didn't operate so fast and loose around there. Once I had signed paperwork with one of the ladies in the back and had the machine loaded, I stood around looking for the salesman for awhile and never saw him again so... we just left, and never even spoke to him again. I feel like they should maybe require a VIN inspection and final check with you before you leave. Several different employees looked at me and passed by while I was waiting around for him, but nobody seemed concerned about me or the machine I was about to leave with on my trailer. There were so many trucks and trailers coming, loading, and leaving it was crazy-- so I probably wasn't on anyone's radar that day.
Nice dealership with a TON of inventory and great pricing, they just need to tighten things up a little and slow down a bit. Also super impressed with their parts department while I was there. Picked up one additional attachment for this machine while I waited and the gentleman at the parts counter was very friendly...
Read moreService center and service writers were excellent no problem at all. I have bought three side by sides within the last year no problems. But I find the warranty section for these side by sides which are all extended warranties for 5 years, and paid good money for these warranties, suck. You would figure if you spent $80,000 ,give or take a buck, that when something happens to one of these bikes ,that is not abuse, warranty would cover something. If not parts maybe labor. If not labor maybe part of the parts. The bike I'm talking about is a 2023 Polaris razor pro XP. It looks like to me the secondary clutch locked open Helix springs tore up shredded belt ,which was a Polaris belt, fairly new, then damage the back structure. I've been a gear train mechanic for over 34 years I don't claim to know everything but, this sure appears to be what happened on this side by side. I have a 2024 Can-Am Maverick X3 DS model ,which is 2 months old, that was broke when I bought it. I couldn't even get it off the trailer when I got it home. They were very quick to fix that but, now it needs to go back into the shop because it has something growling in the transmission or in the clutches. And also has a shutter in the engine at idle. It has 6 hours on it and it's only 2 months old, which also has a 5-year factory warranty. I'm going to hate to see what is denied on this one. I guess to make things simple and short antlers Motorsports does their jobs very well. But I am very leery about any of their warranties. So that's why you only got a three-star rating. I would think if I had a customer came and spent approximately $80,000 in one year on different side by sides that I would probably go out of my way to make sure that customer is happy. Even if it cost you $1,100. Definitely a good way to lose sales or a loyal...
