### Review: Miserable Stay! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Our stay at was awful. The AC didn’t work all weekend, and we were told it had "frozen" due to the previous guests. At one point, the house hit 84°—it was unbearable, especially upstairs, where sleeping was almost impossible. The neighborhood didn’t feel safe enough to open the windows, with noisy people and homeless individuals wandering by the front door. Kim, the manager, brought us cheap fans to assemble ourselves and kept insisting the AC would be fixed soon. We were busy with a soccer tournament, so we hoped to return to a cool house after each game, but it was always an inferno. Despite asking for a refund, my messages are now being ignored. Their check-in email even warns against setting the AC below 70°, suggesting this is a known issue they aren't addressing. **Rating**: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Avoid this place if you want a comfortable stay!

If you are thinking of hiring a management company, hire these guys. Don’t hesitate. They know what they are doing and they do it well. Our home is a money maker for us now. We wanted a short term rental, but we didn’t want to take calls on the weekends or evenings and we didn’t want to be chained to our phones. Did I say these guys know what they are doing? Hire them. They also staged our home beautifully.

I highly recommend Easy BnB. The team is professional, responsive, and efficient. They have consistently exceeded my expectations. They handle all aspects of BnBs so I don't have to. They have also been able to increase my rental income by effectively marketing my property and ensuring my property recieves nothing but rave reviews. I appreciate their attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my property is well-maintained and my tenants are happy. I stayed at a property managed by EasyBnB in January. They are not problem solvers. Amenities such as the dishwasher and sauna did not work during our entire stay and they offered no resolutions.

They are terrible at communicating and they are unprofessional. They took five months to return an item left at the property. When we finally received the item it stunk of cigarettes.

I would be hesitant to rent if this company manages the property and I would never recommend property owners to hire EasyBnB for managing...
