
Quality of service is truly amazing whenever I'm able to get in. But Harvey house has a rigid scheduling policy for appointments, They are a quality salon that is to be expected. However, Every appointment Ive booked for my wedding preparations has been cancelled or rescheduled. My daughters haircut was cancelled the same day it was scheduled. Said they could get her in the next day but unfortunately we have other appointments scheduled that day. I am now having to scramble to find a haircut for my daughter before the wedding. And mostly every salon is booked. As it stands Ive had 4 appointments scheduled and 3 of them were rescheduled by the salon without my approval. Be careful if you have a busy job or schedule, they may not be able to honor your appointments. And will still hold you to their 24 hour cancellation policy if the time and date they chose for you...

I spent 140$ and then actually gave a 20% tip ! I thought maybe once I left and styled it myself I would see a difference⦠nope! I spoke with the stylist who said she could maybe add some lighter highlights but then the owner said I would be charged full price, AGAIN!!! Unbelievable! I know it was needed to use a higher developer because thatās what was used when I used to do my own hair. Fast forward 5 months later and I called at 11:30 to reschedule my 3:00 appt. or have my husband leave work early to watch our 2 year old twins while I went. I called numerous times and left a voice mail and no one answered or called me back even though they were supposed to be open. I finally tried calling again at 2:45ish and someone answered. They said they had to charge me a 50% cancelation fee because it wasn't 24 hrs. If I had called and left a message on Sunday (even though they weren't open) I wouldn't have been charged. Even though they would have gotten the message at the same time.
