If I could I would give this amazing company 100 stars! I have spoken or worked with 4 of the employees of this company and all of them were over the top amazing, helpful, patient, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, informative, flexible, punctual, They never made me feel like I was a burden or taking up too much of their time. They all truly are angels with a heart of gold and a blessing from God! I'm especially blessed to have met Kristen she has the biggest heart and will do anything to help anyone. She has been helping me and my mom find a better and safer place for my grandma to live even though my grandma is on Medicare. So Kristen won't even get paid if she helps find my grandma a new place to live. That just shows that this company just really wants to help the elderly find the rite home for them. There was a time that Kristen was helping another client and Amy took the time to answer my questions and give me the help I needed at that time even though she was not my main person she still gave me undivided attention and answered al my questions and was so polite and kind. The staff all work as a team to make sure all needs are met for the clients, now that's customer service! I will be telling every one I know to use their service's and just how wonderful they are and what a great job they do! I will never forget about my experience with this company or the people. That is how much of an impact they have been to me and I know they can be for many more so do not hesitate to give them a try or to even just talk with them they will ease your mind and thoughts of so many things and help you though so many things and things you might not know about of even thought about they have your back and will that very good care of you. A safe spot for Mom. I reached out to Andrea who really came through for us. Mom was in an assisted living situation without adequate care, and was downright unsafe. Andrea listened to what Mom wanted and needed. That was more important than what we thought was important, although Andrea took into account what our concerns were too.

After months of trying to make the former assisted living site work, our family started a search for a new place, but were at our wit's end trying to contact, set up visits, etc. And we hesitated getting a service to search again. It was so overwhelming. It was only when I contacted Andrea that we could find the current living site for Mom. Care Patrol knows the advantages and disadvantages, availability, and financial parameters, and current openings of potential sites. They offer suggestions but are not pushy for the family to make decisions. And also, if there is an issue of concern they try their best to help resolve it. I can verify from experience because the first site did not work out, even though it seemed great at first. Much to everyone's disappointment, including Andrea's, it was not the right place for Mom's needs. My only regret is that I didn't reach out to Andrea right away. I could have saved a few months of worry about Mom. The current site is a much better match for Mom. The difference from her former site is completely different, and she is getting the care she needs. Mom is wheelchair bound and needs help with daily cares like using the bathroom. She no longer has to wait to do what we take for granted. No site will ever be perfect like it would if she were able to care for herself in her own home. What a pleasure it has been to work with Andrea Van Dyn Hoven from Care Patrol during this stressful time for our family. Our mom fell and she knew it was time to move from her house to an Assisted Living facility. We had a very short time to find the perfect place for mom. We found out quickly that this world of senior living and elder care is huge and confusing. Andrea helped to take our mind-boggling situation and turn it into a streamlined process, saving us time, preserving us energy, and easing us from being overwhelmed.

First, Andrea listened to us in order to understand the needs of our mom and to help us see what the options were for care. Andrea set up tours at a number of Assisted Living Care facilities. With her help, my mother is in a great place that has systems around her to support her needs. Our family now has a huge sense of relief that wasn't there before. What a pleasure it was to work with Andrea! She goes above and beyond for her clients and their families.

Andrea, you did a great job with helping us find a wonderful place for our mom.  You are the face of Care Patrol and you delivered flawlessly. It helps us feel more secure about doing business with Care Patrol knowing it’s excellence we both seek.
