I’m absolutely angry with the store manager, Michael, right now. I tried loading money to my PayPal account and he even told me that I could use my card for the transaction. However, it took my money but didn’t successfully load my money and gave this receipt, stating: customer is entitled to an immediate refund, yet he’s refusing to do that. He keeps saying that he has to call corporate, that they have to do that.
Update: My money still hasn’t been refunded and Michael, after panicking, told me that I needed to go home and wait for it to be put back on my card and if it wasn’t refunded by the 10th day, then I should call. He kept the original receipt and gave me a zrox copy. I can’t call corporate because no one answers the phone in Appleton so I can get the number. I’m without a vehicle so how am I supposed to get the number so I can get this resolved? Mark my words, I’ll never spend another dollar in that store. Not while he’s employed there. He’s not qualified for the position he’s got. And it shows.

This happened 02/04/2025 and it’s still not resolved. The district manager keeps rejecting my calls and won’t call me back, corporate said that the regional director would call me by yesterday and still nothing. It was brought to my attention that I was profiled as “different” by Michael and that is why he refused my immediate refund. But that’s like calling the kettle black, isn’t it considering… my next two steps are reporting them to the BBB and then contacting my attorney. They are keeping my bill money and that was my disability check. I’m losing my phone service tomorrow and I’m getting several late fees because I couldn’t pay my bills this month because of Michael and Felicia and corporate. I’m done...
