What a fun visit! The owner was very gracious and spent 1.5 hours with us giving us the history of steins and describing his collection. I tried to call first but the number didn’t work, so we took a chance and stopped in. We have a Class A RV so we parked in a lot next to the Dollar General and drove our car over to his house. The museum is in a large shed across from his house. We went to the house and knocked on the door and he came out. We are novices on this subject but he made it very interesting. What a great short trip and place to visit if your near Lynchburg VA! I stopped by during my lunch break and had the opportunity to meet George and talk with him about his lifelong passion. He is very accommodating and enjoys telling you all about the Steins he has in his possession.
