Warehouse Discount Groceries of Arab — Local services in Arab

I moved to Arab when I was in the third grade, and I've loved the store ever since day one, back when they had real Buggies. I know my country folk know what I'm talking about. I go there nearly every day to buy something from an icon of our town rather than go to Wal-Mart; I love supporting my southern community! Two days ago I was parked right in front of the glass windows texting with my mother about the groceries I was about to go in and buy for her (she's a cancer survivor and I try to look after her. Warehouse staff generally knows us and this info after thirty years of us shopping there.) Very much to my surprise I suddenly noticed a female long time member of senior staff approaching my running vehicle, doors closed, Windows up, seatbelt still on me, and I would describe her emotional state as she continued to approach mildly threatening. I opened my door thinking she probably wanted to talk about something reasonable - after thirty years, I trust these people. She immediately asked me to leave, accusing me of actually at that moment having some sort of sex texting going on with one of her female employees..I was floored. Without hesitation I showed her the open grocery dialogue on my phone. She insisted I was a liar and told me to leave again. I asked her if she remembered how long my family had been shopping there. She said yes but I was still lying and she didn't want my kind of people around. Rarely have I ever felt such outrage, shock, but most of all betrayal by people, who in our town, are supposed to be like friends and family. I told her I would be happy to never come back and I never will. I immediately went to Wal-Mart and told everyone they were doing a great job, and they really were compared to the small town grocery...

Hello! 👋🤗👋 I've been shopping here for 8 years now and the customer service is outstanding!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful 😄 I call ahead of time a lot of times to see if they have a product in looking for and they are Always! Very helpful 😄 They take the time to leave Thier work station to look through the aisles to see if the product is there. They go out of Thier way to help. So I give five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and five thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍To all the employees,,, Thank you so much for your friendly, outstanding customer service! Worse store I have been to in a while. Had a horrible experience in store and Miss Cindy "the boss" as she calls herself was ugly and rude. When I asked for a number to call for someone above her she gave me a number that really isn't real to anyone. I will not be back in store. Terrible customer service or I should say ... Terrible "boss". I've never been so embarrassed in the way she treated me. I've been shopping in this store for years . Well that was the last time.
