DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I PAID $2.5k for a set and a mattress back at the end of July. The mattress that we were interested in didn’t have a tag. So the worker told me they just put it out and it didn’t get labeled so they gave me the price of $600.00 once they found the price which was $50 more then the other one we were looking at me and my bf agreed about 3 weeks later on that Monday I went in to pay they told me everything was in the back ready to go and switched my delivery for that following Wednesday. on that Monday I went to look at the mattress and the bed set that was STILL out on the floor as a display since they just put it out a month ago when I first bought it. We got the furniture delivered and the mattress they gave us wasn’t the right mattress it was in a box and had a white top so the delivery men went back to get the right mattress and told us that they put the wrong mattress on but said they gave us this one a newer model when he returned as they weren’t making the model that we originally purchased AFTER I ALREADY SEEN THE OWNER THAT MONDAY NO ONE HAD SPOKE TO ME AND TOLD ME EVEN APON PURCHASE!!!! I asked him and his co worker multiple times is that the display the brother (delivery driver) said no the mattress we had purchased was $50 more then the one they tried to give us so I took the mattress we originally purchased since they told me IT WAS BRAND NEW AND NOT THE DISPLAY so I went up there today to make my final purchase and walked over to the bed and found out they DID INFACT GAVE US THE USED, DIRTY MATTRESS THAT WAS SITTING OUT FOR OVER A MONTH AFTER WE HAD BOUGHT IT as WE WERE TOLD IT WAS NEW! And not the display I WOULD NEVER PAY &600 for A MATTRESS THAT WAS SITTING OUT WHERE MULTIPLE PEOPLE CAN LAY ON IT. And the owner seen that I was curious as he kept watching me and walked over and I looked at him and said you gave me a used mattress and at that moment he got loud and started pointing his finger in my face saying “we made a DEAL!!” “That you would take that one” WHICH IS FUNNY Because HE WASN’T THE GUY THAT SOLD US THE FURNITURE IN THE BEGINNING IT WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. SO AT THAT POINT THINGS STARTED TO escalate because he knew he was wrong which is why they didn’t tell me I was getting the display until I realized after the fact that the bed was missing from the display, then tried to give me another mattress that was cheaper, AND I PAID FOR DELIVERY!! If I can give negative stars I would you can clearly tell by all the reviews this place is a damn joke so please save yourself the money and time and go...

The best way to word this is... it’s as if this owner is having the worst day of his life every day and you (the customer) are just an inconvenience to him. I asked him if he had oak or natural wood color bed room set. He told me I won’t find that color anywhere. I told him I was looking for just a love seat. He told me he won’t separate a love seat and nobody else in the area will. I was also looking for a small cheaper recliner. They were all $500 or over. He has very little on display and told me it’s minimum 14 weeks to get them ordered. Needles to say he was very arrogant, we went to Berger’s down the road. Walked out in a half an hour with a brand new love seat and recliner. And also found numerous oak and wood color bed room sets. This is my second terrible experience at C&O. Also they had about half the amount on display as his competitors. Last...

I ordered a custom made sectional. I loved a certain style and ordered different fabric for it. Yes it took a long while to get it BUT THATS COVID FOR YA.

It is beautiful and well made. The delivery men were prompt,courteous and all around pleasant to deal with. They delivered at the time they said they would. They set it up including every last pillow. They asked me to look it over before excepting and signing for it. It is my second living room set from C&O furniture. My daughter has the 1st one. It's still in great shape! I just bought a new house and wanted a different style. Ill definitely be back for the quality, selection and...
