What a joke so my son had an appointment at 12:30. He shows up at 12:42 which for $30 a haircut I would hope that he was booked longer than 12 minutes well, the gentleman that was supposed to be after My Son happen to be sitting there early because clearly he was an older man probably has nothing going on in life, but I happen to have life going on and I was running a few minutes late, and he has the balls to tell me as he sits the guy in his seat oh well, yeah you’re too late. I don’t have time now well, first of all that was still My Son slot just a nerdy Linky weird guy anyways to be honest I’m gonna stick with our regular guys anyways it just happened to be a little closer today. Any of you that go to this one? I don’t know if you understand, but there’s a much better one in Scranton. The environment is better. It’s popping. It’s busy, but your appointments are the same timeframe as this one just with a better vibe much...
Read moreIf you have to wait a week to get in here, its worth it. I have been coming here for about 6 years now, and I decided to give another place a try as I didn't feel like waiting because they were pretty booked. The place I went to was the next nearest barber shop. The lady their did not know what a fade was and my hair was completely uneven. This experience showed me just how amazing the people at Loyalty were. At Loyalty, they take the time to make sure they cut your hair completely even, they will even style your hair for you and they actually clean up the back of your neck with hot shaving cream. Loyalty is charging just as much as the other people around here, and the experience is one million times better. From the friendly staff, amazing atmosphere and professional haircuts Loyalty in Archbald is the place to go. (Wish they still did...
Read moreAs a transplant FROM Scranton to Pittsburgh, I get my hair cut at Loyalty in Archibald when I drive in to the area. I have had my hair cut by almost all of the barbers at the establishment. I walk out each time 100% satisfied and in awe. Each time I go, the place is packed. The barber's chairs are constantly full, and the waiting area is full as well. The wait is worth it because no matter what, when I get into the chair they still take all the time and care necessary. My hat is off to them. They love what they do, they work hard, and somehow still manage to be pleasant. It is really cool to see how a small, new business in the Scranton area can grow in...
