Just follow the rules. 3 in a rifle mag at a time. 6 in a pistol. Converse with others shooting on when you would like to clear and walk down range to replace or check targets. Clean up after yourself and most importantly go to the game comission website and get the license which is 30 dollars and not optional. A hunting license also qualifies.

I've gone to this range for years, and it keeps getting better. On this trip, I practiced with my AR at 100 yards and with my 357 at the pistol range. Everyone was polite and professional. Wasn't too crowded on a monday during the day. I'm looking forward to my next trip back.

Overall, a nice place with lots of areas to shoot. There's a dedicated shotgun range, 2 pistol ranges, a 50 yards rifle range, a 100yard rifle range & a 200 yard range.

My only issue is that a fair number of shooters are just slobs, and leave their spent casings all over (especially the steel stuff), small pieces of misc trash, etc. It being a public range, you're allowing anyone to use it..... And it shows.

There are no garbage cans, which I can understand why (people would start bringing their house hold garbage and no one would take care of emptying them, So, they'd be over flowing, and then the mess spills over.

So, if you go, you should feel safe overall. Just PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, clean up after yourself (and some of the stuff that might not be...

Love this place. I go there often. They offer target distances up to 200 yds. Get out there, train and have fun.

2A rights are civil rights and shall not be infringed upon. Remember to vote against every anti 2A tyrant when elections come around. Don’t just sit around at home and complain if god forbid PA become NY.

I don’t know why people want to give it bad reviews. Especially people talking about how it’s unsafe, when gunowner’s are the most responsible individuals in existence. But I guess people just want to complain about everything...

It's fantastic that we have these resources so close to home.

There's a pistol and a rifle range here, and the site is well maintained.

You're required to have either a range permit, or PA hunting license to use this location.

5 rounds maximum per shooting burst.

As with any public range, be sure to keep your eyes open regarding other shooters. Nobody intends to be negligent, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

If you're a veteran gun guy, try to help new people. If you're new, don't be afraid to ask someone what the current...
