To start: I am not a car buyer person. In 38 years I have purchased 2 cars (this is my husbands department, but he had work priorities). Being completely honest, I wasn't exactly looking forward to doing this. But I made the short trip to Archbold anyway (found the car of interest on their website) and met Chris Weiss and Morgan Roth at Terry Henricks Ford who made this entire process so simple and painless for me that it only took about an hour/hour and half to get the car purchased (which has literally everything I wanted/needed and more and at a very affordable price).

I feel Chris went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, he answered all my questions with full knowledge. He took time to go over all the neat little functions the car has. I honestly could not be more pleased with the way the entire transaction went through. Chris was very patient with me, we had a couple of bumps on my end (I didn't have my insurance paperwork on hand, banks and holidays, etc...) but he stayed friendly and took all my crazy incredibly well. I also never felt pressured into buying anything that I didn't want. He even did a followup call to make sure I still was happy with my purchase.

Morgan Roth did an amazing job in finance as well, went through all my paperwork and walked me through everything I was signing. I completely understood all the options, offers and payment plan after we were done. I feel like nothing was untouched. She was very friendly and personable as well. I never once felt in question that something I was signing wasn't something that I wasn't already prepared for.

Overall my experience with Terry Henricks start to finish was just perfect for me, the staff is very above and beyond and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend or purchase another vehicle in the future from Chris and...

Adrienne Emmons worked tirelessly to locate just the right vehicle that we were looking for. Kyle Sauder and Nate Rose were tremendous in developing a deal that exceeded our expectations! Morgan Roth handled all the paperwork with ease and created a relaxed environment as she walked us through the signing process. We have been customers at this Ford dealership for many, many years and were always pleased with our purchases. Update: My wife and I just traded our 2018 Escape for a new 2023 Escape at Terry Henricks Ford. Once again we had an excellent experience at this dealership. Colin was our salesperson, and we were impressed with his knowledge and willingness to answer all of our questions. Kyle created a deal for us that was excellent and was quite gracious in honoring our requests and discussing everything with us. Adrienne was able to complete all of our paperwork the exact same day that we accepted the deal and explained everything quite well. We are loving our new Escape and are so appreciative of the way that we were treated as a valued customer. I was recently looking for a Yukon AT within a 500 mile radius. Finally found what I was looking for at Terry Henricks Ford. Called and left a message for sales. I heard back in no time from Scott Judge. Scott asked questions and I asked several which he answered most all of them. The questions he did not know he said he'd get back with me shortly on. In short order I received an email with a link to a walk around video of the vehicle, that had just done post my call. Within the video Scott answered my remaining questions. We talked later and he asked if I had a trade and I said I might. After trading some information he let me know what they would give me for my vehicle. He also told me if I wanted to sell it myself here's what I would want to minimally ask for it in order to account for taxes and this and that. We decided we'd trade and drove the 3 1/2 hours to Archbold OH (easy drive by the way) signed the papers and the Yukon was delivered the next week after being detailed. Kudos to two other Henricks team members: Adrian the Finance Manager, who was great to work with when we asked about extras such as warranties, title exchanges, etc. Also Clint, the driver who delivered the vehicle to us. Super guy who I sat and talked to for 30 mins or so. He had nothing but good things to say about the dealership.
