Dollar General — Local services in Ardmore

This dollar general is so very unprofessional! I work right next door at a Long-term care facility, where I work 8hrs a day sometimes 16hrs . This store is very convenient for myself and other staff that work with me including my residents. I wad called the police on and searched because supposedly a customer told the employee and manager that my company worker and I were stealing . They told the police they didn't have us on video of us stealing or any evidence. This is ridiculous. I completely felt disliked,and violated. Never again will I shop at this location. The employees are understaffed and having to stock in the back of the store with no way of knowing when customers need to check out unless we leave the line and hunt them down. The self check is hardly ever working and if it is, it doesn’t take cash so more than half of the customers are still just waiting for an employee to come up front. This is my favorite place to shop. The best customer service that you can find. The staff is always helpful. The store is the right size that I can easily find what I am looking for. The variety of brands makes it easier to bargain shop.
