All I can say is Wow. I was living in Glacier, WA for a month and this was by far the best local grocery store around. When I first walked in, I was in awe of how well stocked, clean and organized it looked. It might look small on the outside, but this store is very efficiently organized so that it is able to carry a multitude of products. From every day groceries to items you might have forgotten on your trip to local souvenirs, it has everything you may need. The produce is fresh. There is even frozen chicken breasts and other meats including some really good looking local steaks (didn't try them). The store works hard to serve a variety of organic and local foods as well as common name brands. We were able to get everything we needed to cook several delicious meals. The prices are a bit higher than a normal supermarket, but considering the location, it is reasonable. Best of all, the staff are all super friendly and made the experience all that much better. While staying in Glacier for hiking, we needed a few items like sugar and milk and found out about this little gem from our cabin owner. They have everything a bigger store would carry and even more like bread, chips/snacks/sweets, 8 different flavors of Natures Bakery Fig Bars (my wife's favorite hiking snack), protein bars, various sugars, cereals/grains, soup/broth, great frozen section (pizza, seafood, meat, Beyond Meat) and cooler section (cheeses - sliced/blocks, deli meats, bacon/ham, reg milk, chocolate milk, cream, various yogurt options, ricotta cheese, juice, eggs), local produce, craft beers, all sorts of cold drinks and even a pet food/supply section. One could easily shop here for a few meals without breaking the bank. And if you're lucky, you will get the cashier dropping the Laffy...

I've done lots of camping and hiking in various more remote locations. On this trip to Baker it was a great joy to have such an amazing store at a main access point.
Very large selection for such a remote store. Prices on many items quite reasonable. Some items might be a bit higher, but that just makes sense for a remote store that has this large a selection.
Hopefully people who roll through town and stop in for things realize what a gem this is to have nearby a remote camping /...
