Update on 11/5/2025: We can't say enough good things about Specialty Auto....they're AWESOME! Dwight and Kate have followed up several times after repairs, just to be sure everything was working correctly, which, of course, they were! Who does that these days? Please be assured your vehicle will be properly serviced....they're an excellent team! 👍😊

Wow, we can't say enough great things about the wonderful owners, Kate and Dwight, and their son, Kyle, at Specialty Auto. My girlfriend and I had her disabled Volvo towed to their shop and they not only fixed the underlying issue, but also addressed some other issues that had been created by prior service shops. Pretty incredible to see these days!!!

Throughout the entire process, they were courteous to work with and truly wanted to make sure the repairs were done to our satisfaction and we were happy with the results. Prices were fair and their receipts clearly documented what they did and the parts used.

We will not hesitate to take our vehicles to them again, and I would highly recommend...

I moved to the Arena, Wis. area back in 2019. Highway 14 is {deer country } if your not aware. The two chevy vehicles We own since that (moving date) have had encounters with them. Insurance covered the cosmetics. But, internal issues started to develop. I've dealt with Dwight almost every time I needed advice. Kyle, his son and also a (nationally accredited) master mechanic will always give you superior service....and quickly, depending on your needs. They give you honest straight forward advice on your needed repairs. They don't "pad" anything you don't need. Recently, I lost my left wheel bearing. I asked them to replace both left and right ones. Dwight told me the right one was fine. That, to me is honest service. You want your monies worth on repairs? Finding any other auto service with that integrity is RARE! Worth every penny to drive a few miles for high quality service. ...

The recent maintenance service on our '05 Prius was performed in the excellent manner which we have come to recognize as ordinary for Specialty Auto. This visit however, resulted in an additional, extraordinary service. After dropping me off to pick up the 05 Prius, my wife inadvertently backed our '14 Prius into a metal post, ripping off the bumper panel. To me, it looked like a $300-500 repair. Dwight interrupted his work to come out and access the situation and a couple of days later made a perfect fix for $40. Such conscientiousness as well as competence is what has established Specialty Auto as a highly respected...
