The people running this business are fully aware they are not making the arrangements with the correct types or numbers of flowers and plants. They also use cheap vases that do not even resemble display images. I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day through 1-800-Flowers. It was a large sized, $70 arrangement. However the arrangement they made had literally half the flowers it should have. The arrangement was sparse and amateurish. The flower types were not spread evenly through the arrangement, but shoved in as clumps of each type. The heights of the stems were varied based on the type of plant, so the clusters stuck out in groups from each other even more. They used gawdy filler leaves that were not even supposed to be part of the arrangement to try to disguise how thin the arrangement was. And on top of all this, the flowers they did use did not appear fresh and were unattractive. I contacted 1-800-Flowers and got full refund after supplying images of the arangement. It didn't make it any better though as my mother's day gift was a disappointment. This company does a poor job and as you can see from the other reviews here, they'd rather argue with someone after driving through their yard, telling the poor customer how they should have handled it, rather than simply being sorry and dedicated to doing a better job. Avoid at all costs or use at your own risk. Grocery store quality arrangements at high dollar prices, poor customer service, and a general lack of concern for the experience they are providing for the customer or the people receiving the arrangements. Fantastic Service on Incredibly Short Notice

I received notification that one of my large clients (who has also become a good friend) mother had passed away. When I inquired about the viewing and funeral, I was informed the viewing was taking place in a few short hours (Thursday evening) with the funeral taking place the next day (Friday morning). I reached out to Tinkers Chest as services were being held at Deerfoot Memorial nearby. Tinkers was literally within minutes of closing. I took a shot and was blessed that Teresa answered the phone. When I explained my situation, she informed me that they would accommodate my request and put an arrangement together immediately and have it delivered prior to the viewing. I was blown away. While I was hoping to receive this type of service, I knew it was a long shot and I was so impressed to find a company that truly cares about it's customers needs. I will be forever grateful to Tinkers for going above and beyond which allowed me to pay my respects to a client and most importantly a good friend during her time of need. I ordered Southern Living Collection flowers for my mother for Mother's Day from 1800 Flowers and Tinkers Chest was the local florist that prepared and delivered the flowers. Tinkers Chest delivered her someone else's flowers! While I tried to contact 1800 Flowers my mother called the local florist who delivered the flowers and they asked her to sit the flowers outside this morning. So I assume they planned on swapping out the misdelivered flowers that have sat in someone else's house overnight. During a health crises! When she was finally delivered the correct order, nothing about the flowers were what I had ordered. I paid for a $70 bouquet, instead she got a bouquet with 3 roses and a bunch of junk, filler flowers. I could have gotten a better arrangement at Costco.
