We needed assistance with determining the cause of a mysterious ongoing shower leak an older couple's home. Sue from the office was extremely kind and accommodating when taking my call. Michael went out for the service call and actually GOT IN as if he was taking a shower. By going this extra mile and getting himself wet in the process, he was able to determine the cause that several others before him had not and made a repair to resolve the situation. We own a house on the lake in Culver, Indiana and we hired Maddox Services to repair the gas line from the house to our new outdoor grill. The project involved digging a 1'x18' trench through my beloved garden and some turf. Brothers Clint and Michael were so fastidious that I could not tell which sections of the landscaping were affected. It didn't look like they had touched anything! And my grill fired up like a dragon.

I have used Maddox services several times many times it’s at short notice and they’ve always have worked me in. I had an AC check up and they worked me in but the tech didn’t get there till about 5:30 PM. He didn’t hurry took his time answered all my questions, checked out my furnace, and was very friendly, It didn’t seem to matter to him what time it was.
