By far in all my time of services and business purchase. This was my First time ordering Designs by Gail. Who is by far one of the best florist around. I bought a herb garden for my sister who I haven’t gotten to see in over a year due to this pandemic so getting a present for my sister birthday was important to me. Sherry without knowing the details of our personal life still went above and beyond to make sure my sister received it at her location of work. Even with the mistake of the address taking Ms sherry to the wrong location she still called me and dealt with my frustration and made sure that the promise of delivery would be done even after 3 days of the wrong address and drop off. God bless this store and workers....

I highly recommend using Designs by Gail for your flowers! I am from Denver and my sister lives in Justin, TX. The online ordering was very simple and easy to use. The day that the flowers were to deliver (my sister's birthday), she had to work. Designs by Gail went out of her way to call and text my sister to make sure she was home for the delivery. As it turned out, my sister was at work. So Designs by Gail went out of their way to deliver the flowers to my sister's workplace just to make sure they didn't sit out in the sun (in July!) all day. Designs by Gail went above and beyond to ensure that my sister received her flowers. And they were so beautiful! Thank you for helping to make this day special...

I give a 1 star reason being I received an arrangement that was poor quality. I know for fact the person spending the money paid a lot for the specific flower. I hope you gavethem a discounted price because you knew these were not fresh... If I ever send an arrangement it will not be coming from you...

Update... The business seems to believe this is FAKE and is requesting an immediate removal of my survey. My name is not the issue. The issue here is I received a floral arrangement from this business of poor quality. My name has nothing to do with their lack of business ethics.
