Edit to previous review- the new facility is absolutely beautiful. Definitely worth going to see a performance even if you are not familiar with opera👏. Very Talented singers 🎶. Free, newly paved parking lot. Snacks/beverages available for purchase in the opera house lobby. Worth arriving early to take in the gorgeous views. Saw 'A Little Night Music '🎶 . The show was delightful with very talented singers and live orchestra. In a shady area, outside the showroom, prior to the performance, there is a short meet and greet with the director and a few performers. They explain a little about the show and characters-pretty interesting and informative. Concession stand sells soda and water along with other merchandise. Overall an enjoyable casual evening-will definitely return to see another show. Some patrons had seat cushions-next time I will bring one as well. Dress code is come as you are parking is free.

The brand-new facility at Opera in the Ozarks is absolutely stunning. From the upgraded seating and acoustics to the sweeping vistas, every element has been thoughtfully designed to elevate the experience. The landscaping—featuring mostly native plants—is a perfect complement to the natural beauty of the surroundings. Both the pre-opera talk and the performance were engaging and beautifully executed. One small note: if they plan to keep intermissions to just 15 minutes, expanding the restroom facilities might be something to consider. I’m amazed that this marks their 75th season. It’s inspiring to see such a strong investment in the arts and culture here in Northwest Arkansas—especially in places you might not expect. Bravo to all involved!

If you have the opportunity to visit, take it! You will not regret it. Everything about this venue is first class! It is absolutely gorgeous! I have been to the Opera many times over 25 years and I have loved every performance. I am amazed at the talent these young people bring. Don't feel that you need to be familiar with the Opera to enjoy it. Between the informative talk before, the program, and the subtitles, you will be able to follow along. Go to the Opera and enjoy!

It was many years ago during the summer of my graduate studies that I was cast in The Magic Flute, The Village Singer and Gianni Schicchi. Many of the practice rooms were overgrown with the forest and vines and spiders. But I loved every minute of singing there. The air was fresh, the views were beautiful and Eureka Springs was wonderful. We tested our Opera skills at the top of a small mountain in the Ozarks and it was magnificent. I still over these many years have recommended many students and young colleagues to audition for this program. I am glad to see how beautiful it has become. Cantiamo perché...
