I was in search for a dishwasher to replace my Samsung dishwasher that flooded my kitchen and ruined my subflooring and expensive linoleum. I do my research and after looking at the big box stores, I called Hockers to confirm they were open. I traveled approximately 30 mile to view their selections, I found the exact unit I bought for $100 less than the big box. The salesman answered my questions about differences of name brands. He was hands on showing me and not just saying the difference in options. He asked my budget I wanted to be in and my usage habits. I purchased it and drove next door to the warehouse where he met me and loaded it himself, reminded me We Service What We Sell and our customers get priority service unlike the big box. Their deli department is phenomenal. There is nothing like a ready-made fresh Sandwiches prepared in front of you with all of the amenities or call in and grab on the run. I was genuinely pleasantly surprised that I can actually call it in and have it ready made. If Hockers does not have an item that you’re looking for they will gladly order it.
