Berkot's Super Foods — Local services in Aroma Park

We are very lucky to have a full service grocery store / supermarket in little Aroma Park. During the pandemic while people have been limiting outings and movements it has been convenient to be able to run out to the local place for fresh produce or other staples we needed.

This is not some kind of megamart, and you can walk through all the aisles in about 5 minutes and find things you need for quick in and out stops, or take a little longer to do more of the weekly shopping trip. For the size of the store the selection and options are excellent. Prices are reasonable for most products and sometimes real bargains.

Was wanting a specific deli meat and swiss cheese for our dinner. Sign said deli closes at 8:00 it was 7:45. Guy behind the counter did his best to ignore that I was standing there until I said excuse me. Can tell he was cleaning machine, didn't want to help, was pushy toward other selections of meat that was already cut. I get you want to go home, who doesn't? So then close the deli at 7:30 then or perhaps put a sign "deli closes at 8:00 but last fifteen minutes we're open is only so people can watch us get ready to close."

I guess I'll try to get off work from servicing customers...

Friendly staff, even though they are short handed most of the time which I know can be very overwhelming and stressful, they still treat their customers with respect and care. They have good deals on meats and produce sometimes and they even have a game room that was put in a few months back. I only take away 1 star because of a small selection of products they have which I understand it's a very small town but sucks sometimes I have to drive all they way to Walmart if there is something I can't find when I get...
