A few days before we left home for a trip to Pismo, my S 10 + battery kept losing charge quickly. I was told by 3 different companies it would take 5 day to order and receive a battery. We found SLO County Smart Phone on line. They said they could have the battery there the next day. They did, however it didn't work. They were very appalagetic and kind through the whole process. They said they would order another, again the next day. It worked great. So even with complications, they had my phone fixed and ready to take beautiful pictures of the beach and car show from our trip, in 2 days. That's 3 days sooner than the 3 other companies and these guys were a pleasure to do business with. I do recommend them. Don't let the size of the shop hold you back. They were very knowledgeable and professional and know what they are doing. And they actually cared if my phone worked for me or not. We also recommend them to our friends who live in Arroyo Grande. I have previously had good experiences with this store; however under new management and a new team, there was a miscommunication regarding what phone number to call when the phone was ready to be picked up. When I swung by an hour later to check up on my phone Brian said he had called but that I hadn't answered. Further discussion proved that he had called the number of the phone that I had left with him to repair, when I corrected him saying that I had left a different number behind for him to call he called me argumentative and that I was berating him. I've gotten 2 phones fixed here. The first time they broke the back of my phone so I had to bring it back in and the day after the screen cracked again. And then today my phone is cracked after picking it up from them yesterday and they do not have a warranty and they take the clear screen off for you which doesnt let you have an option to have that as an additional scratch protection.
