Placed order for 1 table (no chairs, etc.) 3/15/21 with estimated 16-20 week lead time. Confirmed stain selection 3/19/21. Heard nothing from company until 6/30/21 (3 1/2 months later) stating that "new" orders had an extended lead time of 16-24 weeks, and that my table wouldn't reach the finishing stage until late August, then would be another 2-3 weeks until done. At the end of August (8/31) I had to reach out for an update as no update was coming from company. Had to wait 1 full week to hear back that they would be having another delay, it wouldn't be reaching finishing stage until end of September, and not completely done until end of Middle of October. Attempted to cancel at the point as the new estimate for completion is 31 weeks, from the original estimate of 16-24 for 1 table. Of course unable to cancel, no offer of percentage off for the incredible long wait time or lack of more than 1 update in 5 months. Had to go out and buy another table (that took 1 week to get) while continuing to wait. Now stuck waiting for the table to maybe be done in another month. If you are in the market for new furniture save yourself from dealing with this company. Through this currently 6 month process, 1 update by email, no phone calls, no effort to keep a paying customer updated. They have truly exemplified what it means to have no concern for their customers.

Update 10/13/21 Now past 30 weeks from order date. No table, no ability to cancel, and still not getting any updates from company.

Final Update Table delivered 11/08/21 (34 weeks after ordering). Appears to be of good quality, a positive being stain is 100% accurate to sample piece provided at beginning. If original 16-20 week lead time had been met; yes I do understand the pandemic has caused delays, however when ordered we were a year into the pandemic (not like it was a new issue); I would have highly recommended. Unfortunately the 1 non-requested update as noted above and the extra 14 week production cycle have certainly made this not worth the trouble. Actually providing timely updates to your customers, and the ability to cancel an order in extenuating circumstances would go a long way towards improving...

This company definitely deserves its 5 star reviews. Our first phone call was with Bailieigh, who handles sales and marketing. She patiently answered all our questions, promptly arranged for us to receive wood samples, and kept us posted during the production process.

We ordered a king size altamonte springs sleigh bed made of cherry wood. It's absolutely beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. The wood looks just like the sample we received, and the handmade craftsmanship is impressive. We were a bit concerned ordering such an expensive item online from a company we had never dealt with, but everything turned out great.

Delivery happened on the day promised. We actually received a call from the delivery driver saying he was running ahead of schedule and asking if he could come earlier, which was fine with us.

Installation and setup was very professional. The only quirk was that even though we had paid extra for delivery and setup, about a week before delivery we were informed that, unlike other furniture companies we have dealt with, they expected us to take apart our existing metal frame and then place our heavy box spring and king mattress up against the wall so that there would be an empty space to set up the new sleigh bed--plus it would also be our responsibility to put the box spring and mattress onto the new sleigh bed ourselves.

I explained that this was not feasible, and that I would "take care of " the delivery people to take apart the metal frame, remove the mattress and box spring, and then place them onto the new sleigh bed. This all went off without a hitch, but I wish the process of setup had been explained more clearly.

Regardless of that quirk, we would definitely recommend this company and deal with them again for any future...
