Arthur IGA is still an unacceptable store. I stopped shopping there about 8 months ago because the meat was nasty and potatoes were rotten more times than not. Went in there today, they tried to update the place but still smells bad. Wont go back, when ask why they stopped carrying precooked bacon. No one seemed to care...I'll take my money elsewhere that cares about...
