These are the most sought after falls in this area. They are extremely easy to access, along with falls downriver and upstream. Google maps will not take you to the right spot, however. When you turn down Arvon road, it's going to take you to the wrong spot. Keep heading down until you reach Quartize Falls and Black Slate Falls parking in All Woods road. It's easier to just have Google maps take you here. You'll find the Slate River Falls and Black Slate Falls on this path, too. There are more falls downstream from Quartzite Falls, but there is no trail after a while. During the summer months, you can take the river from the main road (Skanee) or walk back from here to see the other ones. There are also camping sites, but please pick up after yourself. Just follow the short path right down to the falls. Turn south off of Skanee Road to Arvon Road and drive about 3 miles. There will be an unmarked road, turn left and park near the bridge. We have been here a few times, so we just enjoyed talking to some of the first timers and telling them where some other waterfalls were located...

Go down to the bridge and park and walk upstream. There's gotta be a quarter mile of river with ~10 falls on it to explore. There's a makeshift camp right on the river just a little ways up Arvon from the turnoff to the bridge, so keep going and look on your left for direct river...
