Dollar General — Local services in Asheboro

My son bought a Spendwell card from here and loaded it with over $300. Once we got home, we found out that no one was able to activate the card because we all was denied. We went back to this dollar general too get my son's refund. The cashier's/store manager did their best and even called the Spendwell customer service. Spendwell told them to give us a refund and took the money off the card. Spendwell did not give a ticket number or anything to dollar general. The district manager said he would look further into it and get back with us. We have the card which is empty Spendwell has took the money off of it but didn't give dollar general a way to refund us.
