It's a bit of a trick to find gallimore meats. It is on gallimore Town road just outside of Trinity. The sign is a little bit small and if you're going a little too fast on the road you might miss it because the mailboxes can block it. They're all about the same color. It was a little confusing because it wasn't a commercial business on the road so keep this in mind. There is a house in the front and you do drive to the back driveway. You're not going on someone's property. You're going to a business. Believe it or not. The signage on the building is included so that you know what to look for when you see it. We did try the cookout package and they did make a little bit of an adjustment as we wanted chicken thighs instead of breasts which was really nice for them to accommodate. I never knew about this meat market until a couple of friends me and my husband invited us to a cook out, we were like sure we haven't been able to hang out with our friends in a while so I was really excited about it. I just got a new deep freezer and used Gallimore Meat's freezer special to stock it up. I called in my order earlier this week and came by to pick it up today. The staff was friendly and working quickly to serve all customers. My only wait time was because there were other customers ahead of me, they got through everyone quickly. Once I gave my name they pulled my order in maybe 2 minutes tops. The staff even carried my bulk order out for me.
