Our Limo to the rescue! We initially booked with an un”reliable” company apparently because they canceled our original party bus for airport pick up and drop off- lying to me that it was previously booked and they had not checked that- on BOTH my dates (ummmm that’s your whole job when booking reservations is to input it based on availability….and I made the reservation 2 months prior to this and they call me the week of our trip, and wanted to put us instead in a limo and luggage car (which they knew was not our 1st choice otherwise we would have went with Our Limo to begin with). They left this on a voicemail and didn’t offer any discount for the inconvenience and instead tried stating the new price for the Limo and luggage car like they were doing me a favor bc it would save me money to do it that way. Not the point. I’m sure they felt I would just say ok and they’d make my money plus what they made from booking out the party bus out from under me. So instead I called Mike at Our Limo to see if they still had their limo and luggage car available for our dates and thank goodness they did- Mike and his wife made special arrangements to make sure we had a ride to and from even with it being Father’s Day weekend. Their price was cheaper than the unreliable company’s quote plus I felt good to give my business to someone that stated they wouldn’t cancel on us or do something shady like the other company did. Our experience with Our Limo was wonderful. We had a large group so we required two vehicles which Mike assured me would be no problem when booking. The drivers all text me before pick up both for departure and before arriving back at the airport. Our drivers, Gregory and Will, were very courteous and loaded all luggage for us for both trips. When we arrived back at the airport, Gregory was patient as we dealt with a lost bag issue and called me to help me figure out how to direct him to where we were. Both vehicles were clean and supplied water bottles. When we first got in, Will showed me how to hook my phone up to the stereo so we could play our own music without me even asking. The payment process was very simple online. I will gladly recommend Our Limo to all of our friends and use them for any time we are heading to...

As always, everything was perfect. Kendall was fantastic in setting up the details. Gregory was great. He was on time picking us up. In fact he was a little early which was great. He had said he would make a stop along the way for us, although we canceled that ourselves. We had to take two car seats with us, so we wrote our names on them, and when he returned to pick us up at the airport, they were already in the car waiting for us.
