I used this company for my bridal hair updo. Very disappointed. I didn’t get what I asked for at all. I won’t even post certain angles of myself on my wedding day because of what she did to my hair. I looked like an alien with the bumpit I was given which so nothing like I asked for. I took a second to process what I had received and when I looked back to ask for it to by corrected they had already left. I was also late to my ceremony because it took so long. However, my hair took approximately 20 mins. As the bride. My hair was falling out before I even walked out to the ceremony. I had to have my bridesmaids help bobby-pin it up more because it was falling out at the bottom. We paid good money. The girl that did my hair that said not one word to me and looked at my photo one time for my hair. got a hair cut by heather i think her name was. the absolute worst haircut i’ve ever gotten. i’m not normally one to complain and i probably would’ve just kept it to myself but the stylist, if you can even call her that, was SO incredibly rude to me. it was actually astounding at how rude she was. she acted like she was annoyed that i was there!! that on top of the god awful haircut i got, i will NEVER recommend anyone to come here. absolutely terrible and i’m not even sure why she’s still cutting hair since apparently it annoys her so...

Devin forest was absolutely hideous and unprofessional to my sister in law! She asked for a refund or for her to fix the style and she refused to do so, blamed my sister in law for not respecting her time and money. She only offered to correct it or change the style “for a discounted price” and then she blocked her! And the owner kyra is just as rude and unprofessional as Devin was.
