My girls have been on the floor for almost 2 weeks The reason we went ahead and bought the furniture straight out on the spot because they said they will have it delivered on Monday we bought it on Friday 10 days later they have the delivery put down for Tuesday so 2 weeks is totally opposit From what I was told I feel they just told me that to make the sale They are really good people and have really nice stuff but At least Big Sandy would have got my stuff within the week But now I know no hard feelings to the furniture store I like them people I just don't like being misled to believe something that...

I ordered a couch, loveseat, and recliner December 20th. They called January 3rd and said the couch and loveseat came in but the recliner wouldn’t be in until next week. All of this is fine and I just told them to wait on the recliner and deliver it all together.

To make it short, after phone calls and being promised “it will be here next”, I told them to just deliver the couch and loveseat which was delivered in January 31. I still don’t have my recliner and no idea when it will be...
