I would give it a no star if I could, but it won’t let me here is why last year My brisket was cut in to thirds, I got a full brisket this year mind you and Kevin said to call if I had a problem and when I did nothing was done.I bought a whole steer, half bone in half bone out and they let a new rookie butcher process our steer, we ask for our steak to be cut a inch and a quarter thick and they were 3/4 inch to 1 and a half inches thick RIDICULES!!! I got no porterhouses 4 T-bones how is that even possible! no oxtail half of the liver four filet mignons no roast. No beef stew meat And I ask for all of this on his paper he said it was not marked but it was and for the porterhouses it was up to the butcher on how he cut it wow that is crazy when he was the one that put it on the paper so saying, all of that, I will never go back and never recommend Turks Brother processing . Do not use this processor if you want your meat processed the way you filled out the cut sheet. We took 3 hogs in with 3 separate cut sheets and processing instructions. All 3 hogs were processed the same. The cut sheets were correct, the butcher just didn't follow the instructions on the cut sheets. I took the meat back from hog 2 & 3 to give them an opportunity to correct the issue, hand wrote instructions with each box of meat. I received one box of meat with both hogs mixed, no pork steaks, no bulk breakfast sausage, it was all processed into breakfast links and bulk Italian sausage. I didn't even have links on any of the cut sheets. I do not recommend using Turk Brothers Custom Meats and will not return as a customer...

This is the absolute worse experience with a meat processor ever. We took in a show steer and was having the Hide and ear tag kept as it was her very last steer. We left multiple notes on the drop off clipboard and called in multiple times and each time being assured they would call when it was ready to be taken to the tanning processor. We called the day he was getting dropped off and was told once again to leave a note on the clipboard so we did in BIG BOLD letters. We called today as it’s been over a week and was told they had a mistake and tossed out the Hide and ear tag. They was careless and obviously didn’t read the multiple notes left.
