Dollar General — Local services in Ashley

When I need some groceries or other things for around the house I like to go to the local Dollar General that's here in town because it is quit convenient being two minutes away. But today there was an employee standing outside of the store wanting to work but the door was locked. They didn't have a key. Its an hour after the store should be open and no one can get a hold of the assistant manager that has the key who should have been there over...

Manager is rude and seems not to fond of men. As is really respectful to my mom but to me and my dad she usually tries to avoid eye contact. She treated a former employee who is no longer there terrible. How and why he stayed there as long as he did i do not understand. Hard to find employees. But the manager is the worst usually in the back and has even at one time saw my family and immediately turned around and went back into what i guess...

Terrible customer service, if you shop here prepare to wait forever for someone to make there way to the register! One of the rudest employees in retail works here also! DO NOT ask them to do their job you will get banned! Shopping here will occasionally cost you more time than driving to the next town and shopping at Walmart. I recommend just shopping...
