I brought my laptop in to have the hardrive cloned to a bigger one. I am tech savey so I had attempted to do it myself. I ended up breaking the tabs on the plastic casing. I dropped it off to have its casing replaced and the hard drive cloned. In the end the repair cost me $150. Computer worked well afterwords. Then the wifi adapter failed. This time I opened it myself (without breaking it) and found that the reason the wifi adapter failed was because it wasn't even screwed into its anchor point. Then I noticed something completely different. Then entire fan assembly was missing, in its place were three chunks of rubber. Meaning my computer had been running without any means of cooling itself. I'm lucky my motherboard hadn't overheated and fried. Turns out the tab that the fan plugs into was broken off during the repair process and it wasn't deemed necessary to fix or tell me about. All in all several screws missing as well as the cooling fan and no means for me to fix the fan. I urge anyone else seeking computer repairs to have it done proffessionally and a establishment well known for...

I purchased new Lenovo Laptop. Individuals with whom I spoke with were very helpful in selecting the one that best met my needs. They had plenty of opportunities to sell me things I did not need, but did not do so. As part of the purchase they assisted me in downloading from my existing Microsoft account Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Then they helped me link my Google account with Microsoft and merged emails on my phone. Then they assisted me in downloading my photos from my iphone and from the Icloud. After spending all this time with helping me at no additional charge, they encouraged me to contact them with any additional questions! Amazing customer service that is so hard to find these days! I am so grateful for all of the help received...saved me so much...

Had them work on a computer that was locking up and then would shut down. Said it was a software problem and was now fixed , $100 bill . unit worked for a day and then totally quit, would do nothing, not even power up . Took it back to them and they told me to replace the unit. Tried to sell me a used unit but would not give me credit for the $100 I paid to fix the first machine. I would have given them ZERO STARS but did not have that selection. Crooks ,...
