Mauro backed into my parked car while it was in my driveway and fled the scene. Luckily my grandpa let me know. Initially, they acted like they would pay for damages and provided a written statement along with my police report. Fast forward to the estimate and Mauro decided he didn’t want to pay for it any longer so I opened a claim on his insurance. His daughter then called and tried to have the claim removed without my knowledge. Almost a month later my car is finally getting fixed. I can’t speak on their painting services, BUT I will say to stay far away from them because if something goes wrong you will jump through hoops and hurdles with his daughter Wendy (recepttionist) to resolve the issue. 4,000 worth of damage because he wasn’t paying attention.

Edit: I’m glad you’ve responded with a bunch of details that are still false: YOUR INSURANCE specifically told me that you all called and tried to close the claim. YOUR shop was a shady garage down a dirt road and you knew the mechanic personally. There were a lot of phone calls made behind my back. I see that you are making every effort to save your business name but we are All grown ups. All that matters is that you said you’d pay for the damages regardless because he was at fault. The only reason a hit and run was not filed is because the officer asked me if I wanted to press charges and I said no because he came back. He did leave the property. Police report shows this!...

We can’t say enough great things about Superior Plus Painting! We needed to have all of our interior trim and doors painted, including a couple of rooms with some rather intricate dentil crown molding. I called Superior Plus and the owner Mauro came to our home within two hours and provided a quote on the spot. I got estimates from two other companies (one local and one corporate), but Superior’s price was by far the best. Mauro’s team (Joel and Marcella) arrived on time each day and were extremely pleasant and professional. The first day of the job they focused solely on prep to ensure that all areas were clean and caulked properly. They used top quality paints and were meticulous in their application. We also asked if they could fix a piece of molding and drywall that was in disrepair in our kitchen. We plan to repaint the kitchen walls ourselves in the near future, so I told them to not worry about painting over the drywall repair. Not only did they do a beautiful job fixing the molding & drywall, but they went above and beyond and topped it with some extra grey paint they had in the truck (the closest they had to the grey of our kitchen), just so we wouldn’t have to look at a bright white stripe on the wall for a few weeks. July 2024 update: They painted another house for me yesterday including both interior and exterior work and repaired the front gable and chimney on the roof. Fantastic work! They always exceed my expectations. June 24, 2021 update: I hired Mauro and his team to paint another house, and I'm really happy with the results. This was a bigger job, and the team went above and beyond. They did very neat, precise work, taking their time with the details like stair railing and applied 3 coats to cover the dark trim color with white. Mauro knew how to fix my yucky garage, too. The whole house looks great! Mauro worked with me to get to a price I could afford and he didn't go over the estimate. He even did some extra painting for free, because he's such a nice guy.
