I had a coupon in the dollar general app to use at the check out. It was actually my first time using the app, so I wasn’t sure exactly how to use it at the register. I had to wait quite a while just to even check out because there was a line and of course the self-checkout is always “not working”. I asked the manager Myra if I am supposed to put my phone number in before or after she scans the items. Might I add, she also did not seem friendly or say anything when I first arrived at the register. She proceeds to rudely say she has to scan the items first. She did not say it in a kind way whatsoever; she looked at me in an extremely irritated way and said it as if I should’ve known how it worked.
