Unfortunately just like the other 1 star rating and others giving 4 or 5 stars, I'll agree they have a lot of products and have been nice and helpful but if you get anything that is defective they won't stand behind it. He talked to me like I was just getting into vaping the carts, I've been doing it since it came out in other states before it was legal in TN, and I did the research years ago on how to take care of the equipment and not let carts get hot or lay on their side. I always buy my carts a week before I run out when there's about a quarter to an 8th left of resin, so if I empty it I have 1 to change it out to. I bought some carts not even a full week ago, both had the bottom silicone cap brownish yellow, which means it stained the silicone in more than a weeks time and resin was all over the bottom, called this morning and he wouldn't anything about it. That's almost $60 bucks just thrown away. I've gotten other carts from other places in GA that were defective upon trying to use it a week or 2 later and they always make it right when someone screws me over for that much, they will never see me in their store ever again and I always make sure to tell everyone what happened. I may even do a YouTube video about it showing what the carts look like. Just like every place that sells vape products, they are nice and helpful until there's a problem and then you see if they have integrity about their products, weather they stand behind them or not. In desperation to find anything natural to treat some on going dental pain I made first stop at Flavor Cafe. I was provided detailed information about several products that may be helpful. Anticipating at least some benefits I purchased several products to try. Finally found a product that seemed most beneficial and on several stops the stock on this product low. Upon my first visit to Flavor Cafe, I was greeted by the owner who gave me a full tour of the product lines in the store. The staff is knowledgable and there are products within the shop that I was just introduced to today and am looking forward to trying in the future.
