Shady Oaks General Store — Local services in Athens

The woman who works in this store usually in the mornings confronted me about a issue between our children when I came in to purchase items. Her 10 year old son harassed and taunted my daughter as she was taking a walk in our housing development. He and one of his friends were following her on their bikes and calling her names and threatening to hurt her. When my daughter finally got scar d and showed the evil mean little boys a tazer she carries with her for protection they left her alone. My daughter is small weighing only 89 lbs and has extreme scoliosis. Anyway the woman at the store yelled at me in front of other customers about it and embarrassed me. She should have just came to my home to discuss the matter. It was very unprofessional and rude. I will not be going back to this store. I hope the owner of the store will contact me after reading this review because his employee shouldn’t use the business to confront people(customers). It was ridiculous. Used to really enjoy this store. Mostly because if the breakfast. It used to be easy. Quick, taste good. The last handful of times I've been by.
